kolonial- feudal in indien

This historic colonial-style renaissance bungalow enclave, located in the quiet village of Salvador do Mundo in North Goa, was originally the site of a handsomely appointed Portuguese country club named ‘Le Bougainvillea’ that was built about a hundred years ago. Meticulously crafted in the style of the original club, this elegant colonial-style bungalow with its high ceilings, patios, verandahs, natural light and tasteful furnishings offers the comforts of contemporary living coupled with old-world charm.

Designed and furnished by Tarun Tahiliani as a stylish and relaxed getaway, this elegant bungalow affords occupants a tranquil perch on an elevated plot screened from the front road by thick greenery. Although replete with contemporary fittings and features, this well-appointed bungalow exudes the warmth and character of a Portuguese colonial home.
